Colorado Shines is a site that allows parents to look up a providers licensing status.  There are also many resources on this site for families.

Universal Preschool is a mixed delivery of free early learning opportunities for children aged 4 years old. These services are offered for up to 10, 15, or 30 hours per week, depending on the needs of each family.
